How to choose services for teamwork
Describe the communication use-cases which the team uses at the moment, analyze current processes and the company’s needs, think about the needs that may arise in the near future (if the company starts to grow or plans to expand production)
- Select the best task manager that will maximally cover existing and possible future use-cases
- Development of own architecture based on the chosen system, description of user roles, rules of interaction in the system, creation of guides for the team – as detailed as possible, up to unified approach in the names of tasks
- Develop and implement a system for training and integrating the team into the system
- Allow time for adjustments (ongoing changes), as at the start of team work there is always a need to change something in the architecture or rules
